Omg, it takes forever to get through 72 shots. I've still got 60 odd left in the Pen I think 6x4.5 gives you sixteen frames. I've reduced my storage from four 80 litre tubs down to two. I have a load of basic gear to be donated and I managed to recover five rolls of film that I loaded but never used. Foir rolls of 120/620 and a roll of 127. We had a flurry of snow just before Christmas but thats it. If you believe the news there will be another beast from the east forming. That roll is absolutely mint, I can't believe its survived this long in that condition. So whats next on your list of users?

I need to fix my Pentax MX then I was going to load it with the Lomo 800 I got for Christmas. The X sync isn't working, contacts need a clean, and the battery connection with the baseplate has gone. A while back the battery holder came off, I glued it back on and painted over the glue with conductive paint. That seems to have given up the ghost. Apart from that I'm not sure, I need to service the Ensign Autorange and maybe that is next for 120. I also need to bite the bullet and service the Contax IIa and try it out! I tried the lens on a Kiev IIIa and it was fine. I've also got a 135mm f4 lens for it that hasn't been used, and a viewfinder.

I don't suppose it's got a black baseplate? I've also got a silver one that needs a proper service, both are intact, mine just needs those things sorting out.

No, sorry its chrome. And the film is 120

Would this be of any interest to you lurkers? Picked it up ages ago and never used it. Untested but appears complete and has software and key. Willing to post or its heading for the charity shop.

I handed a film in for processing this afternoon.
"Do you want it back today?" "Nah, no rush. I'll pick it up later in the week." Dumbest decision of the day. I wonder if I'll ever get it back.

I decided to put a roll of 2005 vintage Agfa through a Yashica FX-D and took a few shots with that today. I don't quite know why but I have two of them so if this one works OK, then the other one can go.

That sucks, but you have just reminded me that my roll of film only landed at the developers today. He may still process it as he does mail order moI just boxed all the gear to do a px with WYC and they go slap the country into lockdown. Will have to wait and see if they revert to online only.

You should b OK with WYC. I think they continued the mail order/online side during previous lockdowns. Did you get a good px deal?
I plan to go out and exercise/walk every day just to go out of the house and stop my legs seizing up from sitting down all day. Will make a determined effort to take the Yashica with me. I wish I'd put a B&W film in it. At least I'd be able to process it at home.
