I currently work with a bunch of librarians.
I've just watched one put a hi-vis tabard over her coat to walk 200 yards to the train station.

Songhoy Blues gig at Koko. Exiled from Timbuktu by radical Islamists, they play bluesy rock and the singer dances like he's the happiest man on earth. The rhythms are great. Give them a listen.

Last minute(ish) bike trip, despite the potentially awful weather. Last one of the year before Winter sets in!

Finally managing to clone an HDD to an SSD, which has transformed an old clunky laptop to something that's useable & quite quick. RAM upgrade will be the icing on the cake

They're great aren't they! I put one in an old PC for my movie server. It's like a new machine. As soon as the guarantee on my new pc s up, I'll be doing the same there.

Yep, already had one in my desktop, the media player needs one too. But it doesnt get much use.

This ones revived my MIL's old laptop, i'd fogotten how slow the old hdd's really were. When ive installed the 4gb ram, it'll really fly.

whats great are the prices are coming down & down.
