That's a neat solution there Bibs. Is it resting on the bottom yoke for stability?

Indicators going on that bracket too?

yes its touching (slight miss calculation on my part) but its not for strength. the three fixing points are well enough with the square bar to make it rock solid.

yup indicators are going where they should just like OEM, i have 4 altered GSXR indicators (SV stalks but GSXR lenses) and got a nice fancy headlight lens

i like my big indicators just like my snow shovel.

I sprayed my discs matte black. Then I cleaned all my fork internals, ready to go back together with new seals. Just need to make a pvc pipe seal driver.

Then I tore down the calipers. So bad. :/ One of the slide pins is completely stuck. So it's getting penetrating oil overnight. Otherwise I'm going to drill through the caliper and knock it out from behind. This is why regular maintenance is important!

bike is almost done.

bars (drilled for the switchgear nibs), controls, headlight, front indicators, front wheel, front mudguard, brakes, mirrors and rearsets are all done.

bike started first press then petrol pipe popped off and sprayed petrol everywhere.. lol

still to do:
numberplate.
foot rests.
air box.

snagging:
front brake light wiring is not working (its not the switch).
wrong wattage bulbs in the indicators.

PSA: Please, please, PLEASE service your brakes regularly! The previous owners of my SV did not do that. Ever, it seems. Sheesh, what a mission it's been cleaning up these calipers! I had to cut through the stuck slide pin and knock the halves out with a pencil chisel. And the calipers were caked thick with crud. They're lovely and shiny now, but it took about four hours!

So go outside right now and give your brakes some love.

Today I reassembled the calipers with nice Ti slide pins, EBC HH pads and lots of RRG, just for Bibio.

Then I rebuilt my forks.

Just got to spray the lower triple, cut down the Renthals and I can ride again!
