Bright, warm, cool breeze down frith street. Have a good evening, 2 weeks of 10 degrees up north have left me swearing bout the pollen count down here so him to meds it is.

AhhhGot to be home earlyish to clean the bike down before I say bye bye to it tomorrow! Gonna take it nice and careful on the way home (very early like now) and lay her up till tomorrow!

I was out for a ride yesterday, although it went fine, it leaves me a bit knackered, I've learn the hard way to listen to my bodies needs. might give it a go next week though.
