Be careful with the GP MOTO idea Dornan are very protective. Unless you can come up with an airtight reason for using it then they'll hunt you down

Totally agree with you, But GP could stand for something else, like Great Performance as an example instead of Grand Prix.
Thank you

GPMoto is definitely the one I would go for of the two as well.

I'd almost be interested in a bit of info about your company to be honest! What's the company currently called / what sort of services do you provide? I'd assume it's exhausts, but is it full systems, end cans, custom fabrication etc? Got any links?

I would say GP moto or a variation of. As chucca said make it air tight against dorna

So GP moto performance parts would cover you.

I think Dorna might have a good case against you as they could argue that GPMoto is too similar to MotoGP which they have totally locked down, especially as the thing you are selling is a product associated with motorcycles (as opposed to say a general practitioners based at a motorway service stations - now there's an idea)

I'm not in any way a legal expert on this sort of thing, but I do often have to tell companies that they cannot use the word Ashes in the context of cricket, the outline of the urn that looks similar in any way to the Ashes Urn, an outline that looks even vaguely like the Father Time weather vane etc and we aren't half as hot on this stuff as Dorna appear to be.

The nitro logo looks like something very tacky you would find being sold on eBay from China, the GPmoto looks better but it smacks of a MotoGP rip-off.
It doesn't give you a unique brand of your own and it will potentially only appeal to the power ranger set.
You need a brand which is unique, sets you apart and appeals across the full range of motorcycle owners.
