Big bag of stainless bolts, and cut 'em down with a grinder to fit, is what I'm planning (as soon as the big bag arrives). Plus whatever protection you prefer, Scottoiler FS365 worked well for me but I'm going to try ACF50 on Patch's recommendation now. For really exposed bolts, blob 'em all over with the grease of your choice or vaseline.

your probably better off with replacing things when they get dirty rather than cleaning them, but instead of replacing with suzuki stuff, try replacing with CBR600F stuff . . . . lasts alot longer you know , and before you know it - you will have some extra horses to play with

CBR600F? Common as muck boring 'sports tourer'

Here's two conversation scenarios:

Biker > "Hi I'm new to biking I just bought a CBR6.. I"

Me > "zZzZzZ"

Biker > "Hi, I read that SV650.org site so I decided to get a brand new K5 650 in blue (the fastest colour)"

Me > "WOOHOO!!!"

Take heed from that advice son.
