Default Colouring Brake Callipers

Thinking of colouring my brake callipers... just wondered how i would do it... does it have to be powder coating... or can it be sprayed??

either works, powdercoating would give a better harder wearing finish I would think...

wanna get mine done but wanna get some spare calipers first

Well, that's the case if you use random paint that's not recommended for brake calipers Foliatec's brake caliper laquer (from Halfords or Demon Tweeks) works very well, it's lasted 2000 winter miles and one gravel trap on mine with only one chip (which I did myself with a set of grips, muppet that I am) and is amazingly fluid resistant- ie, my front caliper's had a minor leak for the last month while it's been sat in my garage, and there's no damage whatsoever...

If I were doing it again I suspect I'd use these guys : http://www.triple-s.co.uk/ though... You get a shinier finish.
