AR attendees your action is needed...
People of the .Org the Guildford Massive Annual Run is just 8 days away now and while the attendance list is mightily impressive with over 90 people expected there seems to be only a handful of people that are wanting food on the Saturday.
Lunch (if you're wanting to eat at the pub) needs to be pre-booked. Saturday evening BBQ, we need rough numbers to make sure there is enough food to go around everyone as it stands only 22 people want a BBQ at the moment. Please read this thread for the lunch details http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=198953 And this one for the evening BBQ, remember to vote in the poll! http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=199652 So if you want food cooked for you at some point on Saturday (I'm not talking about a manky sausage that's charcoal on the outside and frozen in the middle' this is good food that GM members have tasted at the pubs ourselves) then you need to pull your finger out of your butt and sort it!

Re: AR attendees your action is needed...
Breakfast and BBQ votes need to be in by Monday morning as the pub needs rough numbers that day to order in the food
For the BBQ can you please vote either way of whether you want BBQ or not so we can see who has and who hasn't voted and get a proper idea of numbers

Re: AR attendees your action is needed...
I'm not there for Saturday morning and breakfast isn't offered for Sunday, so I have made my own arrangements for food.
I think you'll find Adam those who've voted for food know all about it and those that haven't voted for it are unlikely to vote not to have food (apart for two of us that is), I can't see what the "No vote" is supposted to do? you're very unlikely to get 50+ people say they don't want food, and it'd be somewhat foolish to use the NO vote to dictate number .

Re: AR attendees your action is needed...
The reason for it is that you can't have a poll with only 1 option. We needed to know how many wanted it, so that was the best/most efficient way of doing so instead of 50+ PM's regarding the same thing

Re: AR attendees your action is needed...
as I said, you're not going to get 50+ people voting the "no" option, only those wanting food are going to bother, so the No option serves only to make it possible to have a poll rather than a list then

Re: AR attendees your action is needed...
The way I was looking at it was that there's about 90 people on the attendance list so if there's 50 people voting for food and only 4 voting for no food that could mean that 36 or so people possibly haven't seen the thread. Therefore it gives an indication of how many people have seen the thread. Maybe I'm wrong in my train of thought there, maybe I'm not
