Default unmarked police bike

Learned today at the 'Bikesafe' presentation from Strathclyde Police that from Monday a new red R1 will be trying to catch bikers breaking the speed limit in Argyllshire.
Cheers guys dx

It'll be that thing where the copper chases the dude without blues n twos at 140mph in MCN all over again.. I'd rather not have my tax paying money buying these dudes new 09 R1s... hell damn just get a new 08 model for petes sake you're only gunna ruin it by riding it at 30mph anyway.

FFS this is going to get a lot of bikers. Borderline entrapment (well not really if you are man enough to keep testosterone smothered),sat on your SV what's the first thing you do when you see a potential weekend warrior on a point and squirt bike brown nosing you? You leather it round the corners, if you have this thing following you the smug satisfaction of leaving him for dead will quickly be replaced with '****e' .

Wouldn't fancy my chances of leaving a police biker behind on any corners, siupossing he was riding a harley

There is also a dark grey bmw (think its the k1200) and Central have a 5 series dark grey SN56 ?ms (i thunk) only tell tale is vey small 6" x 1" flasher unit in the rear window and a small rear facing video camera. Not covered with antennas or any of the other usual signs.

I meant leaving the warrior behind, badly worded - good point though.
