I got HEL, my ends are black coated stainless steel, very neat looking. They were a bit long for my S version, but I've since added risers and flat drag bars so now they're perfect. I love it when a plan comes together.

I have HEl and are fine. However, all brake hose, the rubber stuff is made by goodridge anyway. I used to have cheapies from busters and they where fine, just dont scrimp on the fittings SS all the way baby

Yep, I noticed that on your sexy bike. Whereas my HEL rear is too long IMO.

They swage the collar to the fitting so they cannot be twisted if the ends aren't in line (see above quote) wheras Goodridge can be twisted a little if needed.
As always you get what you pay for which is why goodridge is dearer for stainless
With my HEL ones you can turn the pipe using an 8mm spanner.

Depends on which ones you have, the modular ones have a jic fitting between banjo and line which can be tightened but the other type which are straight crimp ones cannot be turned.

This looks like a crimp one to me, but still adjustable.

In this picture aboove you say that you can turn the fitting then its not good. They should not turn in the crimp collar after it has been swaged on the machine.

If anybody wants special hoses to any length and any ends PM me I can make with re-useable zinc ends or full swaged stainless ends.
