Thanks everyone!
Special thanks to Mike.
After his results (posted here) on a stationary bike I decided to give it a try.
That combined with GG's diet really worked for me.

Currently riding the bike 15 miles every morning and 20 on Sunday but I don't stress if I decide to sleep late and miss a day now and again.
And not just the weight loss, in much better physical condition.
I feel 10 years younger. (too bad I don't look 10 years younger) LOL

Oh and the lovely fireplace is at the inlaws. Nothing like warming the bones by a fire.
Was warm out this year and the first Christmas ever without a roaring fire.

I'm 19 st 3lb and 6'3". I need to get under 16 stone before i go to australia in october too really. If not lower. I started xmas day thinking if i can do it on the hardest day of the year, then any other day should be easy enough. I have lost 3 pounds in a week.

Won't you be a rake at 6'3" and 13 stone? I'm 5'9" and 12 stone 9 and I'm a 32 inch waist...

I'm with Reeder on this, I'm meant to be 12st 8lb and I look ill at that weight.
Aim for about 13st 8lb to 14st
I'm 6ft for the record with a 36" Waist
