Re: The weight loss Thread
They do not sound very good for you.... do you have any examples of trade names? (I might want to investigate to get rid of last few pounds....)

Re: The weight loss Thread
My understanding was that Therms were a bit crappy and they've not been proved to make a difference (or at least a substantial difference)
Don't they burn something like 50-75 calories a day? Be easier to walk that off... |

Re: The weight loss Thread
Just search for thermogenic diet pills.
I didn't realise it's easier to walk than to swallow some pills? I've never used them, so cannot comment on their effectiveness. |

Re: The weight loss Thread
I know sally, but my point is they are expensive (like £30 for a months worth) for 75 calories a day? Walk EXTRA or do something extra

Re: The weight loss Thread
Having put a Stone back on over the winter I'm about to start one of those crazy "as advertised on TV" diets. However, being the scientific type and having met some other folks that have lost a bucket load on it (100lbs plus each), I've done my research and it looks good.
Before I say what it is and where I got the stuff I'll test it out. Don't want to recommend anything that doesn't work However, I'm expecting to lose 1-2lbs a day for as long as I'm on it. Results coming soon... C |
