Default Test passed!!!!

Can't believe that it's actually over and done with but I finally passed on Wednesday morning!!! Hooray!!! Managed to get 2 minors which I thought wasn't bad seeing as I dropped the CBF500 during my final lesson on Monday and serverly dented my confidence.

I then had to wait for the insurance docs to arrive before finally picking the SV up yesterday - what a feeling!! I don't think I could take the grin off my face for about 2 hours.

Anyway's, I'm off on holiday tomorrow for a week but I actually don't want to go. I wanna stay here and go out on my bike!! Looking forward to my first rideout with the Ecosse folks though.

Oh, and that grin will never totally disappear, once it's got in your blood it's hard to get rid of

I've already had a bit of a 'moment' about 10 mins after picking it up - I was heading out of Dunfermline towards a roundabout and as a habit I put too much pressure on the back brake and the ****** locked up !! Guess I'm too used to the useless brakes on the CBF500 I learned on.

Needless to say each time I've had to use the brakes since I've hardly touched the rear!! Goes to show that the learning only just begins after the test is over!

Well done
Brakes are slightly better on the SV's than CB5's Just take it easy till you get used to your new toy... Dont want you ending up a proper member of the Ecosse mob... ones that have had an off, We seem to be getting good at it up here

Hope to see you on a rideout soon
