Has anyone else had problems with the above company not sending paperwork to them?

I'm supposed to be getting this new bike on wednesday and they still haven't given me any paperwork. therefore Two Wheels in Edinburgh can't tax the thing.

I'll be honest its not the first time they've not sent me stuff its really starting to P me off!!!

I have called repeatedly and I seem to be getting nowhere...

At least Neil at Two Wheels is understanding.

A dealership can normally tax with an e-mail print out of the insurance so ask them to send a copy direct

I asked them to do that last week and they point blank refused.

I certainly won't be renewing my insurance with them at the end of the year I've had enough of their hassle, its not the first time they've not sent me any paperwork...

They have managed to send me and Two Wheels an e-mail today after I went nuts at them last night, they still haven't done as they were asked completely though....

Not to worry rant over I'm getting my new bike tomorrow!!!

mate of mine had a ton of grief with them too, that's all I can tell you really though. Good luck! Try Bikesure (Adrian Flux) next time perhaps.
