Off Road Training, Catterick:
Caught some of a feature on Calendar re off road bike training for kids. Apparently it is to stop them riding illegally on Mini-moto's etc. Are you involved Richie? Can you get us a go? Bikes just about right size for me

I'll have a look into this, but please can you give me more details ... as when the prog was screened...
Will have a chat to the training area manager... were they on Army Quad bikes or there own as insurance might play a big part in this ?

Catterick
I think it was on Monday on BBC Look North, Tynside. Apparently there is a problem with youths useing mini-motos etc. Causing a nuisance. They have set up a programme of giving youngsters training off road and the army are running it. One of the guys they interviewed had a red beret on? They had some young schoogirls riding the bikes. Presumably they must be useing MOD land? It was in a wood.
