Assuming my Veypor's set up right, mine did it in 4.33 last time I tried, despite being handicapped by rider incompetence (my launches are rotten...) That was with the full system but terrible jetting, so actually down on peak power from stock, though with a slightly better curve, and up a tooth on the rear. A rider with a better start would easily have that under 4, though I wouldn't want to guess how far.
