Plans for Friday 29th. AE07

Plan for Friday is:

1. All meet at The Ace Cafe. (Except Ping! )

2. Depart The Ace at 10:00am (Timekeeper is Me )

3. Arrive at Newport Pagnell Services at Approx 11:00am to meet Ping and Kim.

Kim has kindly offered to put any heavy items into her car for the trip up. .
I asked her on last Friday if she wanted fuel money but she said no.
However it would be good if everyone using her car could give her a couple of quid for her services.

4. Depart NPS after everyone topping up their tanks.

5. Arrive in Chesterfield for tea and buns at my parents.

6. Depart Chesterfield after about an hour and head up to the campsite.

7. Arrive at campsite and let the jollies begin!!

IMPORTANT STUFF!

1. Make sure your bike is ready for the weekend. It's going to be doing about 800 miles in total. See this post from Rictus >

3. Don't forget anything!!

4. DO NOT BE LATE! We WILL be leaving at 10:00am, no later.

I will be at The Ace from 08:00am to get brekkie (for me!!) and start organising stuff.

If you have any problems in the morning (running late { not acceptable!!}, broken down on the way, cannot go etc) I will be contactable on 07810 822003 or 07894 174277 from 08:00am to 9:50am.

Once Bear arrives he will be our other glorious leader for the trip and someone to direct questions at!

At the moment only the slim but mighty Jambo has offered to be Tail End Charlie.
I will have route notes if anyone else is willing to help him out on some of the route.

The main thing to remember is.....................Relax and Have Fun! And do sunshine dances from now on!!

If anyone feels that they want to head to the campsite without doing the twisty route there will be a small group heading there from Chesterfield on a faster route.
Rictus is one as he has to get there to start organising the troops!!
Let him/me/Bear know on the day.

Please be aware that the air machine at the fuel station near The Ace does not work. As I found out today, bl**dy great nail in my rear tyre!!!
