Spark plug failures. Pointy.
hi guys i have a pointy 650.the problem is it keeeps going down on the rear cylinder i put a new plug in and it runs and rides fine for about two weeks
then it will just foul the plug,i put a new plug in then fine again for a couple of weeks.has anybody else had this and solved it ?.the problem i have is the bike didnt cost a lot and if i go down the power commander rolling road rout that will cost more than i paid for the bike is there an other option ? |

Could it be a air/fuel mixture problem? Maybe a injector needs cleaning?

Not sure why you think a power commander would fix this, there is clearly an underlying fault. What does the plug look like when you take it out? Lots of crusty deposits, oily, or just wet with fuel?

What do you mean 'it goes down?' got a picture of the plug? What happens to it? colouration? Bit more in depth info needed
