Default PBx gets a new ride

As you may know my trusty yellow K1 has gone to live with SVSte. Instead after 6 months of waiting I have this (now nearly run in) beauty. I didn't quite sucumb to the lure of 4 cylinders, but only went half way. Problem is I still keep waving at SV's and it does confuse them

Very nice. Welcome to the 3-cylinder club. We'll be outnumbering the SV owners on here soon.

To date the only thing non standard is the adjustable clutch lever and scottoiler. tbh I can't feel the need right now. The only niggle is that I find the suspension a tad harsh, I weigh 2/10's of sod all, it's fine 2 up, so maybe I just need to eat more pies. I was spoiled as the SV had been sorted by elmer fud, and suited me perfectly.

Very nice bike, congratulations! I think Triumph, by default, must set suspension settings as if everybody weighed 20+ stone! My Daytona's suspension was almost rock solid out of the door, I think I've finally got it set up perfectly now for my weight.

Have fun on your Striple and remember, 3 is greater than 4!
