Default Old old thread about bridges

Folks,

I'm sure it was on this site several years ago I found a post about the ineffectiveness of artificially lowering speed limits. It had an accompanying well written story about a bridge with a warning sign that the local council wanted to keep reducing but the locals decided it must be wrong so kept ignoring it so council lowered again, more people ignored it etc..

Anyone remember the post or able to provide a link to the wording as it would be a handy thing to dig up again right about now.

I've just spent ages trying to google it and not had any success so throw myself open to SVgoogle.org
