Angry Bike dead

Rode home fine. Stopped engine - fine. Went to restart nothing - no lights, no sounds, no nothing.

Battery is fine, fuses fine.

any ideas?

I have checked all the connectors I can see - fine, not visible signs of chafing on wires.

Battery connections/Earth strap or ignition switch fault.Try putting the steering lock on,putting the switch in park and see if the parking light stays on when you take the key out.If nothing then check those battery connections again.

Err, the lights would still work even if the kill switch was flicked.

Not the kill switch, not the battery connections, not the main fuse, not he ignition fuse.

I think I have a duff ignition keyswitch!

Bugger. Time to call the recovery vehicle!

Are you sure you have checked all the fuses?.

There is also a connector under the left hand seat panel that if loose will do this..although it shouldnt come loose unless you have taken a panel off and caught it.

There is a bit on it that tends to rust through just below where the 30amp fuse plugs in...
