'Ere 'ere is the EAR Megathread

Well I have a bike sat 10 feet away but needs a lot of money spending on it to get it back on the road. But money is at very very short supply.
I'm watching you through the window...no not that one, the one next to that.

Then you will have a lovely view...

We could just arrange a meet rather than a ride out..

* Week before last I headed to Lincolnshire for a bike gathering at an air field with some from the org, posted a topic on it beforehand
* Sunday just gone I meet with Joe in Red Lodge and we went to Hunstanton and Wells, Joe posted a topic on it
* Next one is a ride over to Felixstowe for an air show, Richard has posted a topic on it

All the details are in the EAR section, I'm not sure what else is required for people to meet up!

If any of you are doing a bike meet wherever why not post it on the off chance some peeps will be able to make it and say hello I think that makes most sense considering the vast area we cover as a group...

Kai those things are great if you have a road going bike. A lot of the EAR have disappeared because they don't have a bike or have moved on from biking. Which is a shame because there are some fantastic people which I consider friends rather than just riding buddies.

I've been part of EAR for a while and I know how hard it is to find a date that people can actually do. But it would be great just to get everyone together, both old timers (Shaun, Bigbaddad, Mike, Pete + Lissa, KJ to name a few that have dropped off the radar) and new. Weather we meet up for a laugh somewhere or do something mad like go-karting or such like.

My idea would be to say early to mid September so people have time to plan around it. Something maybe Cambridge'ish area which is kind of central for everyone. Send PM's to everyone that's been active in EAR at any point to draw attention to it.

This was a turnout to a EAR rideout back in the days...

Well much as I'd like to, early to mid September is out or me, as I'm away in France.

Its been a carp year with one thing and another, the weather hasn't helped.

I've either been at work, looking after the kids or off somewhere. I haven't really had a weekend free since May

Only now is the calender free.

I'm looking to do the Essex mobs rideout at the end of August

I'd be up for meeting up to do something other than riding, let the polls commence

I'd be happy to invite everyone here for a bbq or something, but I'm probably a bit far west for some of you.
