No, that is a K3 naked, so, the rear seat is higher than K4+ models due to the rear sub-frame being straight. K4+ bikes have a bent rear sub-frame

Not that I know of. What is the standard dogbone length? Then I can find out for you...and me....then jack it up.

May also look higher cos it has no grab rails or messy bit on the tail
