lumpy sv
hi guys decided to come back to the lovely sv after getting rid of my 99 sv650 had a few other bikes and have now come back to a 07 sv1000, after picking her up yesterday plodding along the motorway holding her at anywhere between 5000 - 6000 bike feels as thou its surging forward no change in revs i can throttle the bike through the 5-6k range and cant feel a thing its just when held there ( which doesnt help cos thats 80 -85mph ) is this common or have i bought a dead donkey.....lol bike has done 25k last service 4 weeks ago where they changed plugs ? think it only seems to do it in 5 and 6th gears, any help would be great

I had the same, cured it totally by adjusting the throttle position sensor
