Tail Seat bag
Needed to have somewhere to put work bag/lunch etc ,hate ruck sacks to wear also have trouble putting them on 'cos of lack of arm movement(poor old sod!)
The racks look like shopping trolleys attached to the back of the bike so thought of a "tailpack". Saw this on fleabay but originally was £50 plus god knows P&P from the USA. Watched it on my a/c & it was reduced with offer got it for £46 all in. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FastPack-C...item232ad2ccfc Weeks later it turned up or a letter did from customs wanting another £18 robbing *^$!!s ! Have been using it & so far its pretty good, easy to use & fairly neat to look at,you cant put very heavy stuff in obviously. Will see how long it lasts |

Re: Tail Seat bag
That's a brilliant looking piece of kit. That's exactly what I need.
How is it holding up?

Re: Tail Seat bag
Seems to be OK so far! Quite impressed with quality & has been brilliant for what
I had in mind ie quick & easy way of carrying small amounts of stuff. Not waterproof but I carry a plastic bag inside just incase. Have managed to catch with boot so a couple of small marks now. My record so far is a 10 litre bag full with a fleece & visor plus a pair of trainers, just managed to do the zip up! |

Re: Tail Seat bag
If it's not full up can things fall over the side when it's done up?

Re: Tail Seat bag
No,it's a "sealed bag" ie has a base which is what stretches over the seat & fastens underneath with straps.
If you could be bothered to undo it every time it could be used as a separate bag but would be a pain! |

Re: Tail Seat bag
Let me explain more clearly, for example if you had one can of coke in it, could it drag the bag material over to one side and rub on the fairing?

Re: Tail Seat bag
They don't seem to do a pointy version, which is a shame.
