Default advice on rennsport tyres

Im new on here so this may have been posted before, but does anyone know if the trye pressure for a Metzeler Rennsport rear would be the same as the standard Dunlops?

I had a puncture on holiday recently and the nearest garage recommended Rennsports, I just got the rear at moment cos was too skint to get the front too!

The bikes an 08 sport and usually just me, no pillions.

Also would the alignment points change on the swingarm? when it came back they were further forward than before, dunno how this will effect tyre wear or not or if it makes any difference at all?!

I aint had the bike long so apologies for the daft questions!

Cheers for any help!

They've probably tightened the chain a little.

Run it at 36 and it'll be right.

Hmm,mixing tyre makes/treads is often thought as hazardous, can make the handling of the bike a little unstable.Try and get the pair matched up asap.

Its not as bad as it used to be. Its only if you mix radial and cross ply etc
Racing I use Metzeler Front and Pirelli rear. Works great.

Cheers everyone!

I'll probably look to get the front changed in the next couple of weeks, pretty impressed with the rennsport rear, certainly beats the standard dunlops!
