Default Tow Bars and trailers.

Just for info, we now have a tow bar on the Merc. Now with my license I can pull a trailer that weighs upto 750kg, with a load that does not exceed the unladen mass of our car (3500 max).
This is cus I got my class B after 1st Jan 1997... those of you that got it before then can pretty much pull anything you like.

Now to sort a trailer.

Anyone got one?

keep an eye in the local paper for farm sales, you can pick some decent trailers from these - although a 4 wheel Ivor Williams will just about use your weight limit up on it's own!

What for, bikes or stuff(tm)?

There's a couple of collapsible (not whilst moving hopefully) one & two bike trailers out there that are dead handy for track days/racing.

Yes for bikes, I'd rather have a 2 bike trailer as I have Jax's bike too. On top of that I have 2 SV's, seen a few I have my eye on. Distance to pick up is the main problem.
