Default Insurance quote...

Surprised

Just got an unsolicited quote for the Viffer that Luckpants now has. £118 f/c.

The cheapest quote I've just got for the Street Triple, £173 f/c.

With all the plastic, and extra cc's on the Viffer I thought the Street would be cheaper.

you're complaining about £173 fc! Try being a yoof! MotorcycleDirect didn't want to risk insuring my on my 12 year old gsxr despite being nearly 25 and having 3 years ncb's.. Ended up coming out at around £280 tpft.

4 years ncb next year... you knows I'm protecting it!

Really? They are the cheapest for me with the SL, at around £270FC.

Although a 4 year old RSV got me only one quote of over a grand

I think it might be an SRAD issue to be honest (historically they'll prolly have been one of the most crashed & stolen bikes in their heyday?)

Yep, that's the trouble with being a young wippersnapper, remember going out getting drunk on a £5er and still having change for chips on the way home

Now you're making me feel very old. 24p a pint of Theakston's Best bitter at the Drunken Duck near Ambleside. 8 pints for less than £2.
