Default my monty .. dog

well ,
you've all followed the little man .. all his exploits and trips .. over the years .

that's him in my avatar

hes ok.. at moment ...

but im sorry to say he has a tumour .. he is 13 now ..

Mandy is as always giving him a great life, spoiling him rotten but its a waiting game and once he is not having a quality of life then she will have to make the decision to give him peace ..

its heartbreaking but he couldn't have had a better life and he is truly loved ..

Me and mandy splitting in August last means I don't see him too often now but Mand keeps me updated on him .,

Gutted for you mate.

Little Jasper unfortunately had to go to a better place last year, so know exactly how you feel. As we battled ourselves as to when to make the decision.

Remember it is how Monty feels. Not you.

It's a horrible decision to have to make - broke my heart having to take Dez to the vets that last time, but I was consoled by the fact that I had done everything possible for him and there really was no other option

Damn, I'm sad again now...

Sorry to hear this Dave.

Those that remember Murphy, we lost him a week before xmas. It was a relief in the end though, he was suffering, I was agonising over making the decision, and grieving in advance because I knew I was soon to lose him. When the vets gave him the injection he just rolled over peacefully in my arms and all of that was over.

It's always sad to have to make these decisions and see a pet ill. Poor little chap.

I didn't post about it on here but Kaiser also left us back in December. He also had a tumour, in his leg. Hardest thing I've ever had to do. Welling up just at the memory while writing this, so I know how you must feel.

You gotta do what's best for him.
