2006 SV650S with mods in Basingstoke, £1450

My SV is up for grabs, originally bought from RichT off this forum. Had a lot of fun with it, but family plans force sale I took good care of it, and I hope it will find a good home.

Bike is now SOLD

• all manuals and good history
• 12 months MOT

Quite a few mods between myself and Rich, might not be the one for purist

• ASV stubby levers, braided brake lines, EBC HH pads
• silver/black ZX10-R shock, 8.5N K-Tech fork springs, 15W fork oil
• double bubble, fender extender, mini hugger, R&G tail tidy, LED indicators
• OEM cowl (pillion seat and grab rail inc), Stompgrips, R&G crash bungs
• K&N air filter, Carbon Can slip on exhaust, Samco silicone hoses

The Good:
Bike starts every time and runs smooth. Serviced regularly (oil and filter 700 miles ago), there is a folder full of receipts. I've had it for three years and 9k miles, and it has been an absolute joy during Sunday rides, weekend trips, two track training days and even an occasional commute. Good looking bike despite the age, with a range of mods done and unique paint colour.

The Bad:
Chain and sprockets were cleaned and lubricated religiously, but it will need a new set next season. There is a 10mm crack in the RH lower fairing towards the bottom (hasn't gotten worse in last 6 years now). The headlight has also cracked a little, but doesn't seem to be letting water in.

The Ugly:
Other than normal wear and tear, there are a few marks on the tail from the luggage and the lower fairing behind front wheel lost some colour. The left bung got scraped on garage wall. Top yoke has a few marks from keys. Forks were painted black, but got few stone chips. Nothing major.

I'm based in Basingstoke RG24, happy to accomodate evening/weekend viewings, but as usual - proof of insurance and full deposit required before test rides.
