Has anyone fitted a smaller rear brake disc and caliper on their SV?
Just wondering as the standard one seem larger than need be and a smaller one would also reduce the weight at the rear. What do you reckon to the idea? |

If I ever go down the swingarm replacement route I'll probablyput one of those teeny tiny brembos on mine- they're about £60 which isn't too bad. But I imagine I'd run it on the stock disc. Or at least, the stock sized disc, more likely a Braking wavy.

I've got a wavy disc sitting here, haven't fitted it yet.
I do like those little brembo calipers tho, I'd also like to relocate the caliper so it grips the top of the disc. One improvement I do like on the new model. |
