So expect a few delays along their route. .

That old 10%+3 no longer applies in Essex. They'll do you for tiny amounts over the limit. The guy running the course said the thinking is hit people at a lower margin of speeding and offer more speed education."

This has been in the news recently. Police forces are doing this to raise money as their budgets get cut. If they give you points the Exchequer gets the fine money, if they send you on a course the police force gets the dosh.
Watch out for those cameras!
