i'm back home now, fed and watered.
The SV is bleeding in the garage.

The feed pipe to the oil cooler has a hole in it that is leaking oil onto the engine and in turn was coating the rear tyre.

I'll post pics when the computer wants to play ball

I didn't fancy taking my chances on the 130+ mile trip home with oil spraying on the rear tyre



So there she sat waiting for recovery



I took them about 40 mins to get to me, then 2 1/2 hours drive home.
Quite lucky I think, I'm pleased I noticed it when I did and not when I needed to rely on the grip from the rear.
And well done Green Flag, I could have waited there for hours, it was a busy day on the raods.

Probably on the way back from fixing multiple SV related punctures!!
