Default Farewell SV owners

After a ridiculous number of years owning SV650s I am moving on. 3 faired ones over 18 years, 200,000 miles in total.
Never bought, or killed, a reg/rec. Last set of tyres have clocked 16,000 miles.

I'm nervous

I know this is a forum for SV, Gladius and Trumpet owners, but I'm going my own way. Last 100 or so miles on the SV this weekend, then off to get a beemer in the week.

Pipe and slippers on order (not).

I promise to use only official BMW indicator fluid, seat balm and headlight polishing compound.
I will be getting slippers and pipe in the week and will kit myself only in light grey matching textile bike gear.

Joking aside I will have the rack for a top box however the wife has banned me from using it.

BMW are emptying my bank account as I speak and are arranging for my payslip to be sent direct to their servicing department. But the service department tell me I do get free WiFi and a coffee while I wait for them.

I'm sure that last time I looked BMW do make more than one model, so what are you getting?

Default Farewell SV owners

The only reason I didn't get an HP4 Race was because I ride in the dark and the lack of lights is a problem for me.
