Stainless Bolts
Anyone know of a shop locally that sells stainless steel bolts? Local being Warrington (or near by) and bolts being for a hugger and a belly pan.

Re: Stainless Bolts
Yer the bolts were with them (fitted and rusted) and then I took them off, two got taken off with a drill and the other with a grinder so they are a bit fubur'd. Went to B+Q tonight but they just have the zinc or galvanised ones unfortunately.
Edit - on the plus side the rusted brackets are now all wire brushed off and hammerite'd and look like new again instead of the rusty snot balls they did before Last edited by 5hort5; 12-01-10 at 12:11 AM. |

Re: Stainless Bolts
I'm not sure on the sizes, I was kinda hoping to find a shop like an old sweet shop with lots of boxes of different sizes to look and compare, I'm rather old school when buying bits like this, I like to see it hence looking for a local place. I'll break out a ruler tonight and work out what they are.

Theres a hardware shop in Westfield st in Sunny St Helens, Ive taken bolts in there before and got matched nuts and bolts etc, but there has got to be someting like that in Warrington though.

Re: Stainless Bolts
You could try Screwfix...Aintree isn't that far from Warrington and you can check the sizes etc online.
