Smile Ron Haslam Race School.

Has anyone ever been to this?
I have just got back and it was f***ing brilliant!!
I somehow managed to get an instructer to myself, he really taught me a lot about body position, hanging off cornering speed etc.
My bike was a CBR600rr and it felt bloody quick and light compared to the SV.
Code:
This was from my 1st go round and my positioning is what's known in the trade as sh!t.
On my last session Ron and Leon were testing superbikes made me appreciate just how fast they ride. I thought I was going quite fast until they went past.
Got to save up for the next one now .

When I went and did it mine was Mark Davies - http://www.markdaviesracing.co.uk/

I'm tempted to go back and do the 'advanced' course.

Chris Parry was his name, although he introduced himself as Gromit.
Real nice bloke.

The Advanced or "elite" course is on Fireblades they went round at a different time to the 600's.

The premier course was £269. Sounds expensive but well worth every penny!
Didn't cost me anything though, was an anniversary present from my wife

IIRC you can still do it on the 600's.

Did it last Wednesday with my 15 yr old son, he did 125's and I did 600's.

Fantastic day! Although my son managed to fall off at the melbourne loop which cut his session short but at least he still had the car park stuff still to do.

My instructor was ex BSB Rider Keiran Clarke, nice bloke, good instructor. Got 1 to 1 instruction in 2nd & 3rd session as we lost my partner but he got picked up another instructor. they do try to even things out if your partners running at a different pace.

It's not cheap but will def go again next year

Picks are copied from on site phot man Keith Martin.
