Default Limiter

Changing the clocks made no difference they read the same it over revs on the dyno by 1500 rpm. As i have tried clocks and cdi off a Known good bike i am now thinking maybe the crankshaft sensor could be faulty ?

Quite possibly. Of course the sensible solution would be to give James Holland a call at www.jhsracing.co.uk or 0117 - 971 2966. If he can't point you in the right direction then you really are on your own with this one.
