Re: The weight loss Thread
You can eat after 8, just make sure it's protein rich and low in fats etc, otherwise your asking your body to survive 10+ hours without any new fuel. This should also mean you wake up feeling less hungry.

Re: The weight loss Thread
I find doctors are usually over cautious! Just do what you can, gradually building things up. If things are aggravated the next day then wind things back a bit for a few days and then build things up again.

Re: The weight loss Thread
Going to try and kick start my weight loss again soon next week, Finding time is my biggest problem and working in IT doesn't help either as I am essentially chained to a desk from 7am to 4-6pm every day. Currently Sat at around 18st (Will weight myself Sunday and report back here) and will start with everything next week and report back every 2 weeks as well

Re: The weight loss Thread
On the 31.12.12 I started a diet weight loss thingy.
For years have wanted to lose weight blah blah blah....... So after doing some asking about, reading and general mucking about decided on what I was going to do. Slim fast shakes for brek and lunch, inbetween for a snack fruit. For dinner salad (no dressings) with either steak, pork chop, chicken, salom or mackrel (or any other oily fish) and thats it. I have cut out all bread, all pasta and all spuds. Start weight 18.4 stone, weight as of 24.3.13, 15.6 stone. |
