I don't think it has been out since April. Just don't have the time.

My light seal kit arrived from Aki-Asahi today so I have re-sealed the Lomo LC-A. All it needs now is a test roll through it to check the shutter and make sure there are no light leaks.

My SV is languishing a bit too, but it's less than three weeks until going to Spain! Need a new rad hose which should be here this week, and a lot of luck - I seem to have terrible luck taking it on holiday.

Got my pics back from the Ensign. Hmm. I shot a few wide open (f3.5) but the contrast isn't great, maybe no real surprise. Camera shake is worse than expected, so using 1/25 is a lottery and I even made an **** of 1/50th. One shot at f11 and 1/250 was beautifully sharp though. I have 400ISO Porta for Spain so most for the time I would think I should be using small apertures and faster times. I need to check the focus too at infinity, and maybe add a few distance markers to the dial.

The X700 is being weird. I thought I would have another look at it. If I wind it on gently then it sticks. If I wind it on forcefully then it will fire. I wonder if a winder would sort it?

Something interesting is happening with Polaroid. There is a countdown on their website for the 13th.

Work has been manic this week but that's me just about done apart from boring meetings on Monday.
Want to get my SV on the road a couple more times and then cover it with grease, ACF, GT85 and wrap it up for winter.
I found the same with the x700 Kenzie. Give the winder a fast snap and it works ok. Wond on slowly and the mechanism underneath didn't spring back.
I like the planes. Not being critical but they seem a bit dark; is it over exposing a little bit - or was it just a dull day??
4 films of my own to put in over the weekend.
