Is this a definate day? And how do you book?

i don't think it's ever definate because it happens on an RAF base and if it's needed i think we don't get much choice, lol. but we'll get a date and it's unlikely to get changed i would say. booking wise we have to wait for furry ginger one to come back to us if and when they confirm the date with the form we need.

(please correcct me on anything if i'm wrong FG1)

Just a quick update.

It seems that the date will be changed as there is something going on at The Polish War Memorial on the 5th so it would be out of order to have X amount of bikes screaming round an airfield whilst some people are remembering the fallen.

I will let everybody know what is happening once I know.

Just realised I'll be probably coming back from Greece on the 5th, so hopefully it'll be later...

Incidentally the Polish War Memorial is there because RAF Northolt was used heavily by the Polish Air Force during the Second World War. If you travel up the Ruislip road away from the base and over the roundabout towards the Hayes bypass there are two long concrete strips parallel with the road on either side. Apparently that was to fool enemy planes into thinking it may be one of the runways so they'd bomb those instead. History lesson over.

Any new dates on this yet? I'm interested given a) the cost and b) the fact it seemed to be at a weekend.

I would even take the 750 (do they have a dB limit on these?)
