electric gremlins
Are these problems linked? (SV650S K5)
Last week I went set of for work only to find for the first time ever, my battery was dead after two days of no use. I used some booster cables and got it going.. Its charging itself fine now. Yesterday I turned my bike on to find that BOTH lowbeams had gone. The highbeam and little sidelights are fine. I have not checked them to see if they have blown or if its an electric fault yet... its at the top of my list! Any ideas what caused the bulbs to go? Could the problems be linked? I have never had any problems with electrics up until now. Cheers! |

Re: electric gremlins
its more than likely the connector in the nose faring that connects main loom to faring. this connector is a pain in the ar$e.. if it gets wet (and it does often) then it causes loads of hassle..
