Brudichladdich (sp) Rocks, a very smooth and lightly peaty (for an islay) is on special in ASDA £20. Well worth a go.

Anyone know a decent place to get a Mortlach 16 (down here, not in Scotland).... Only place I seem to be able to find is mail order..... Who knows that might be the best place... I've just never tried it.

good evening last night aberlour 16, balvene double wood, cragganmore 12,glenmorangie and a really nice bottle of Glenlivet french oak reserve, nice.

Balvenie DW is good, prefer the 21yo port wood though. Have worked for drinks companies for last ten years so have tried lots, responsibly of course
Glenfiddich 40yo is very nice as is JW blue

Decided to crack open a wee bottle i picked up after seeing it on display in the cafe in Fort Augustus last year.

Got a bottle of Balvenie double wood sitting on my shelf, it's very nice! Mention of JW blue there, I fancy a bottle of this (realising here its not a single so apologies), heard reviews of its overpriced but also reviews that its amazing! Anyone any more to add?...
