Re: oil cooler pipe
It most commonly leaks from under the short bit of rubber covering the pipe. The pipe seems to rot under there. Hence these pipes are like rocking horse dung.

Re: oil cooler pipe
You can buy the pair of pipes new but its 3 figures. Other options are to get a hose custom made - there are some threads about that on here. Or you can buy a whole oil cooler off eBay with pipes included. There are usually some available from the US where they get better weather.

Re: oil cooler pipe
Go to your local Pirtek, they'll make one up for you to your spec. Take the old pipes for them to use as a template

Re: oil cooler pipe
I priced it up when mine leaked and the eBay thing worked out cheaper. Depends what kinda deals you can get I spose.

Re: oil cooler pipe
Just checked eBay. Can't post link on tablet but UK pair of hoses: £80
Same from US: £7.10 + under £20 postage. Might take a while to arrive though. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

Re: oil cooler pipe
Even with any duty & tax that'll be cheaper, so if you can wait, then worth going for
