I clean her out with wet wipes after i've done. Sometimes I don't even fully inflate her........

Just a thought but try asking her if she is feeling ok about the relationship if she says yes suggest a romantic night out revisit the place you met or just cook her a meal at home if money short and make her feel special.
If however if she says she wants time out ask her why and see if you can fix it between each other |
