Default Back to standard?

Hi all,

I converted my curvy from clip ons to a naked handlebar and am thinking of changing it back. I'm currently using longer braided hoses than the standard lines and don't want to change the brake, clutch or throttle cables if I do change back to clip ons. anyone done this? if so have there been any issues with routing or clearance that you could offer advice on?

If its going to be an issue then I'll probably leave it as is.

I reckon if they're sympathetically routed so you don't have any tight bends or twists it'd probably be OK, try it you can always stick the high bars back on if there's a problem.

I always thought the clutch cable was a bit minimal to be honest, you cold lose the extra by making a less direct routing, as long as you aim nice and straight for the top of the clutch cover. Brake lines, no idea, depends how much extra you have. You could bring them up the left and across the bars perhaps to use up the inches.

Having just done the opposite I needed cables with about 70mm extra on them, so you will likely have approx 70mm excess, which should be easy to tame with a couple of cable ties.
