Re: random x box 360 question
Hey, I assume you are going for the 120Gb HDD then. Benefits are that you'll have more space to download games, movies and content. I would go for it. I filled up the 20Gb drive in weeks.

Re: random x box 360 question
I dont think you can use an external hard drive, although I'm not certain on this. It would have to be formated to work with the Xbox file system no? I dunno
I have 20 Gb HDD, its fine. But then i dont download much |

Re: random x box 360 question
You can't use an external HDD.
Using the online service "xboxlive" it is possible to download content to the HDD. Some of it is free, like some video clips and game demos, and a lot of it you have to pay for - like full movies and games. On Nov 19th MS will push out a new dashboard upgrade for the 360. One of the new features this will offer will be a much extended movie library via NetFlix. Basically it's another pay-per-view type proposition. If you expect to want to make use of this, then you'll probably benefit from the larger HDD. If you'll be using it primarily as a games machine, then the 20Gb drive will be all you need to stores gamesaves and updates. Hope that helps. |

Re: random x box 360 question
Get the bigger HD if you are going online
i filled mine up in days with demo's and stuff Or alternatively get the PS3 with a 80gb drive (much better machine) This will also take external drives. Aslo i am upgrading my internal drive on this next week to 500mg |

If you aren`t that fussed about movies then just get the 20 gig version . I have the Elite and nowhere near using the capacity of the drive . Last edited by xXBADGERXx; 31-10-08 at 01:57 PM. |
