K2 650 Fuel Tank
Could anyone tell me if there are any significant differences in fuel tanks from K2 to K3 onwards?
My wife has a K2 that needs a new tank. I have found one, but the seller isn't sure if it will fit. Any help gratefully received. Cheers Daveh |

This is a K3-K8 (2003-2008, known as a Pointy)...
 This is a SX-K2 (1999-2002, known as a Curvy)  The tanks are not interchangeable! |

I can see the differences now. Bad news for me, though - the one I found for sale is a pointy. I need a curvy. What's the word I'm looking for........? Cheers, Daveh |
