Anyone know if this plugs straight in?

The thread pitch (M10 x1.25) would need to be the same as the rear master cylinder. Asuming that's correct then it should be very simple.

To double check, what rear master cylinder do you have? - Standard pointy SV650?

Sorry, should have been more specific, it's the right thread M10x1.25, I was more interested in whether it would plug in as a straight swap with the wiring connector provided (to a '08 pointy).
