Default VW aircool engine rebuild.

Owning an aircool as I do, and appreciating exactly how lacking in go the average VW bus is, I found this funny:

If an SV650 has a flat tyre in the forest and no-one is there to blow it up, how long will it be 'til someone posts that the reg/rec is duff and the world will end unless a CBR unit is fitted? A little bit of knowledge = a dangerous thing.

I suspect that a bus powered by that would be condsiderably quicker than mine - which, truth be told, isn't difficult.

Hi Sid ...

As you might know I work for Subaru & quite a few people are fitting WRX

engines to VW buses !

Theres a company that make an adaptor to join it straight to the VW transmission & an inline wiring loom adaptor.

One came into our place the other day with the 320 bhp lump fitted !!

I bet the VW transmission loves that
I have a vision of the WRX lump flying up the road minus the rest of the vehicle.
