First post here, but I'm so made up by something that I've just entered! Mate sent me this - www.bikeskillsacademy.com which seems a fabbo way of getting a bit of all things without looking an **** in front of ya mates.

So I've booked up. Should stretch the SV nicely without me stressing & some Plod time to boot.
